Please join Jeff Davidson and Gabe Glazer for the FLC's Annual Bankruptcy Update. As has been the tradition for many years, the Annual Bankruptcy Update caps off the FLC's program year. Jeff and Gabe will survey the most "notable" bankruptcy decisions of the last year - "notable" being defined as those decisions that are likely to have the most significant impact on bankruptcy and commercial practice, decisions that deal with key unsettled legal issues, and a few decisions that might be described as odd or otherwise of note.

This activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1 hour.
