There is an epidemic of ambiguity in this country, one that infects all kinds of legal documents. Fortunately, there is a cure: understanding the root causes of ambiguity and becoming alert to the common ways in which it arises. By exploring those causes and discussing how to spot ambiguity in legal documents, Professor Stephen L. Sepinuck will attempt to inoculate attendees from this dreadful disease.
Speaker Stephen Sepinuck, Gonzaga University School of Law
