Nuts and Bolts 2024: Nuts and Bolts 2.0

This “nuts and bolts 2.0” program is designed for junior to mid-level commercial finance, real estate finance, corporate and insolvency attorneys and other professionals. Building on the introductory concepts presented in FLC’s 2023 “nuts and bolts” program, this year’s program will address advanced topics, including intercreditor agreements, opinion letters, mixed collateral issues, complex chapter 11 issues, and special issues arising in real estate enforcements and restructurings. Professionals who are lawyers, financial advisors, bankers, and professionals for private lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds, investors, and companies who participate in debt transactions, will benefit from this program. To promote discussion, and to establish and cultivate contacts with other professionals in our industry, we encourage senior members of the institutions who receive this invitation to involve their junior and mid-level team members in this program.
